Refund policy

Just-Ti Earrings are so completely non-allergenic, we are certain you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, the earrings don’t live up to your expectations, just reach out to let us know what the problem might be and we’ll make it right. Only use our email for more information on returns. Info@justti.ca

How?

Just write us at info@justti.ca with the issue you’re having and your receipt. It helps if you include a picture in case of damage to the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the details on how we will make it right.

How long do I have to return the earrings?

Just-Ti Earrings offers a return window of 30 days.

As long as it takes to know you are happy with them. Unless the earrings were damaged somehow on receipt or you received the wrong pair, in which case let us know within 30 days to get you fixed up.

We ask that you send the earrings back to as soon as possible. When we receive the earrings we will refund you or replace or exchange them as quickly as possible. Please add a note inside the envelope regarding the details of why you are returning them and what you would like.

I’m happy with them, but I thought they were bigger/smaller/shinier.

If it is for an exchange we will ship the new pair to you with no shipping charges .

Do exchanges take the same amount of time as refunds?

Yes. A week or two for us to receive your earrings, process the refund/charge, and a week or two for you to get the earrings you requested.
