Tariffs for USA clients
As you may know, new tariffs on goods imported to the US from Canada went into effect Aug. 28 2025. However good news. Just-Ti Earrings will pay any tariffs due. So they should arrive quickly and without any additional costs. Please advise us if there is an issue. This will increase our shipping fee.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays because of the postal service but these problems are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Free shipping in Canada after purchases over $50 cnd and in the USA over $100 usd. This may not include tracking and insurance and therefore we are not responsible to lost or damaged parcels.
Canada:
In the event of a Canada Post strike another courier will be used and there maybe a slight variation in shipping times.
USA:
In the event of a strike another courier will be used and there maybe a slight variation in shipping times.
International Shipping:
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can expect delivery timelines (e.g. 13 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Justti is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (only if you use a priority shipping) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within (see estimated shipping time) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@justti.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@justti.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
