Cleaning instructions for earrings:

The titanium studs can stay in the piercing hole but must be cleaned periodically.

To clean: Hydrogen peroxide using a soft cloth. Wipe the post clean.

For the earring backs, get a small bowl and fill with hydrogen peroxide soak for 15-20 minutes and after brush them with a new tooth brush.

Hook drop earrings: Same as cleaning the stud posts. Cleaning should be done often to avoid irritation.
